I am really worried about what to eat right now. Last week, I caught a nasty stomach bug, and like clockwork, diarrhea hit me hard! It came on kinda sudden—one minute I was fine, and the next, I was running to the bathroom every few minutes, ugh. Anyway, I know that staying hydrated is super important, but I'm also trying to think about what foods I can manage. I heard that certain dairy products might not be the best idea, but I’ve always loved eating curd. Can I eat curd during diarrhea? My mom always said it helped settle my stomach, but then I read somewhere that dairy can actually make diarrhea worse. I tried plain yogurt a couple of days ago, and it didn’t seem to bother me... but was that a mistake? I guess I’m just curious if curd might help or harm the situation. Like, seriously, what should I do here? Is curd a good option or should I steer clear? Any insights would be greatly appreciated!
