I am really worried about my liver lately. I went to the doctor for some tests coz I’ve been feeling super fatigued and my stomach feels bloated all the time. They said my liver enzymes are slightly elevated and it totally freaked me out! Like, what does that even mean? I’ve been trying to eat healthier, but I honestly don’t know what are things good for liver health. I mean, I've been drinking a lot of water, but are there specific foods I should be putting in my diet? I’ve heard that veggies and fruits can help but like do I need to go all in on greens or something? What about stuff like walnuts or avocado? I love those but wondering if they’re really things good for liver or just my taste buds talking! Also, do I need to cut out alcohol completely? I’ve been trying to only have it on the weekends but now I'm second guessing myself. Are there other lifestyle changes or supplements that are things good for liver support? I’ve read about turmeric but like, is it legit? Trying to figure all this out while balancing work and life is tough! Any advice would be super appreciated!
