I am feeling really self-conscious about my cheeks lately. They just seem to be getting bigger, and it's driving me nuts! I never used to think about this stuff, but now I'm looking in the mirror and it's like all I see! Last week at a family brunch, people kept calling me "chipmunk" and laughing, and it was all in good fun, but it bugged me more than I thought it would. I've been trying to find ways how to decrease cheeks, but everything I find feels kinda vague. Like I've read that eating less salt can help, maybe? And also drinking more water? I tried that for a few days and didn't really notice a change, but maybe that’s too soon to tell. I may even have a bit of puffiness going on from sinuses, who knows... What are your thoughts on exercises? I've seen videos saying certain face workouts can help how to decrease cheeks but do they really work? I've also tried those face rollers, and honestly, I’m not even sure if it's doing anything. Like, should I be more worried about diet, or is this just how my face is supposed to be? Is there a way to actually help diminish the puffiness? I just want to feel more confident again!
