I am really confused about something... for the last week or so, I’ve been dealing with this annoying diarrhea that just won’t go away. It started after I tried a new dietary supplement that had fenugreek seeds in it, thinking it might help with digestion or something. At first, it seemed like a good idea, I’ve seen fenugreek seeds for diarrhea mentioned in a few places, and I thought they might help. But now I'm not really sure! I’m drinking tons of water but even that doesn’t seem to help much and the weird part is, I thought more fiber would be good but could that stuff actually be making things worse? Like the doctor suggested a probiotic but I kinda want to know if fenugreek seeds for diarrhea is a real thing that could help me instead? I honestly hate the feeling, and I can’t even leave the house without worrying about finding a bathroom. Plus, I’ve been feeling a little more fatigued than usual. Has anyone tried fenugreek seeds for diarrhea with any luck? I guess I’m just searching for any advice, my diet is all over the place right now and I could use some guidance. Would really appreciate any thoughts!
