how to stop loose motions immediately - #20573
I am dealing with this really frustrating issue where I can't seem to figure out how to stop loose motions immediately. It all started last weekend when we went out for dinner with friends, and I had this amazing seafood dish, but then I started feeling really weird. By Sunday evening, I was running to the bathroom like every hour—super embarrassing! I thought it was just a bug, but even after a couple of days, things just aren't getting better. I’m starting to feel dehydrated, and of course, I'm worried about what it could mean. I've tried some over-the-counter meds, like loperamide, but they don't seem to be helping much. I drink plenty of water, so I don't think it's that. I tried some bananas and rice, thinking it might help, but still not much luck. Do you guys have any specific tips on how to stop loose motions immediately? Are there any home remedies that might work faster? I just want this to stop! It's really affecting my ability to focus on work and life, and I'm kinda tired of running to the bathroom. Would love to hear any suggestions you might have about how to stop loose motions immediately before this gets worse!
