I am really curious about the benefits of turmeric water at night. I’ve started drinking it before bed since a friend told me it helps with sleep and digestion, but I honestly don’t know if it’s actually doing anything for me. I mean, I read somewhere that the benefits of turmeric water at night could include reducing inflammation and even boosting your immune system? But like, I feel like I could just be drinking warm water, right? I’ve been having a lot of anxiety and trouble sleeping lately, and on top of that, I’ve got this bloating issue that just won’t go away. My mom swears by turmeric and its health benefits, and she told me to try drinking it at night. Last night, I mixed a teaspoon of turmeric in hot water with some lemon and honey. It tasted kinda weird but not horrible, so I think I can stick with it, but I’m not sure if it’s worth it or if I’m just fooling myself. Should I be expecting more from the benefits of turmeric water at night? Also, I’m kinda worried about the potential side effects. Is there anything I should watch out for when drinking this? Just feels like there’s so much info out there, and I could use some clear advice!
