I am kinda freaking out about my liver health and started looking for things that can help. I read that is onion good for liver health, but honestly, I’m not sure if that’s true or if it’s just one of those health fads. I mean, I've been feeling this weird heaviness in my abdomen for a few weeks now and my doc said my liver enzymes were slightly elevated, which freaked me out. I even tried making onion soup because someone told me it might help detox my liver, but I don’t know if that’s really worth it. Do onions even have any legit benefits for the liver or is that just something people say? Like, I’ve heard they have antioxidants and all that good stuff, but does that mean is onion good for liver? I really want to do the right thing, but sometimes I feel like there’s just too much info coming at me, ya know? I've also been drinking more water and cut out alcohol, thinking that might help too. If anyone has personal experiences or insights on is onion good for liver, like recipes or how much I should be eating, I’d really appreciate it!
