I am having this issue with loose motion that just won’t quit! It started a couple of days ago after I tried this new restaurant. Like, my stomach hasn’t been the same since. I’ve tried a bunch of things, you know, ginger tea, bananas, but nothing seems to help. A friend mentioned using methi seeds for loose motion.
