I am kinda freakin out right now because I just found out I have fatty liver. My doctor mentioned I should pay attention to my diet and suggested including some juice for fatty liver into my routine. Like, what the heck does that even mean? I’m honestly so confused. I’ve heard people talk about juice for fatty liver, but no one seems to be clear on what's good and what's not. Is it just any juice or are there specific ones that actually help? I tried some green juice that had spinach and kale—ugh, it was not great! 🤢 I've also read about beet juice being good for the liver or something, but I can’t remember where. I had this ultrasound and it showed the fatty deposits, and now I'm scared that I'll end up with more serious liver issues if I don't do something. What's the best juice for fatty liver? Should I just stick to beet juice, or is there more I should be looking at? I just want to feel better and not mess things up further. Anyone have some real-life advice on juice for fatty liver? Like, recipes or tips? I’m open to try new stuff but not all juice can be good, right? Please help!
