I am dealing with really bad stomach issues and it's making my life pretty hard. For the last couple weeks, I’ve been having these sudden, intense urges to go to the bathroom—like I can feel it coming on outta nowhere! I can't even make plans anymore, cause I’m scared I’m gonna have an accident. I saw a doc and they said it could be a stress thing which is a bit ridiculous cause I'm normally pretty chill but I guess with everything going on, who knows. During this time, I’ve also noticed cramping and my stomach feels all over the place! They recommended some kind of medicine to stop motions, but I haven’t tried it yet cause I’m nervous about side effects, right? What’s the best medicine to stop motions out there? Are there any really effective over-the-counter options or should I stick with what the doc prescribed? I'm also worried about taking something that will just backfire and make things worse. If anyone has been through this, pls help! What’s worked for ya, and what should I know before diving into any medicine to stop motions? I feel like I need answers fast!
