I am really struggling with this issue and need some advice. A few months ago, I started to notice a lot more breakouts than usual. At first, I thought it was just a hormonal thing since my cycle was crazy. But now, it’s like I have a full pimple face all the time. Like, I wake up and look in the mirror, and there they are, like they’re throwing a party on my skin. Sometimes they’re just tiny bumps, but other times they swell up and are super painful. I’ve changed my skincare routine and even tried a few over-the-counter spot treatments, but nothing seems to work. I’ve been drinking more water and eating better too! I thought stress was a factor since I've been juggling work and life, but what do I know? I’m at my wits end with this full pimple face situation!
