I am really worried about these dark circles under my eyes. They seem to have gotten worse over the last few months, and I don’t know how to reduce dark circles! I mean, I’ve tried cool compresses and eye creams, but nothing seems to work. I work long hours at a desk, staring at a computer screen, and some weeks I hardly sleep, so I guess that doesn't help either. My friends joke about it, but it's honestly making me feel self conscious. I even started drinking more water and eating healthier thinking that would do the trick too. However, I don’t see any improvement which is super frustrating! I've googled “how to reduce dark circles” a million times, and I come across all this advice but nothing seems realistic or helpful. Like, what even is the relationship between the lack of sleep and these dark circles? I’m curious if there’s any medical treatments out there that could actually make a difference rather than just the temporary fixes. Could this be a sign of something more serious? Wish I knew how to reduce dark circles for good, not just temporarily. Any tips or tricks that really work? Would love to hear what has helped others!
