I am really worried about my hair lately! For the past few months, I’ve noticed it thinning out more than usual. I used to have really thick hair, and now I’m starting to see patches that are much less full than before. I tried all sorts of shampoo and conditioners claiming to help, but nothing seems to work. I even went to a pharmacy and asked for advice, and they suggested some supplements, but they were kinda pricey. I can't really afford to spend a fortune right now! I read online about some natural remedies or maybe some home treatments for how to strengthen hair, but honestly, I’m not sure what’s legit and what’s just hype. Also, I've been stressed with work and that can’t be helping, right? I want to know how to strengthen hair without breaking the bank or having to do all this complicated stuff. Anyone found some simple, effective stuff that works?
