I am struggling with my skin lately, and it’s really getting to me. Like, for the past few months, I’ve been trying different products but nothing seems to work!! I've had these annoying pimples popping up all over my face, and it’s driving me nuts. I am kinda hesitant about using strong chemicals because my skin can be super sensitive. I’ve seen some stuff online about how to reduce pimples naturally, but I’m not sure what actually works. I tried honey masks and tea tree oil but didn’t see much difference, tbh. Some friends say that diet changes can help, like cutting out dairy and sugar, but I’m wondering if that’s really true? Also, what about things like aloe vera or green tea? Do those actually help in how to reduce pimples naturally?? I feel like I’ve been googling this forever and just need some solid advice.
