I am feeling pretty crummy lately, like a stubborn cold just won't go away. My throat is scratchy, and I have this annoying cough. I've been dutifully chugging water and resting but I really want to know, which juice is good for cold? I keep hearing debate on how orange juice is full of vitamin C, but is that really the best choice? I tried making a fresh batch with some oranges I had lying around, but honestly, it just made my throat feel worse at times. So, I was wondering, which juice is good for cold symptoms specifically? I’ve seen people mention pineapple juice too — is that just a myth, or is there something to it? Also, does ginger juice help? I’ve even thought about trying beet juice because I've read it can have some health benefits, but is that overkill? I just want to feel better, but I’m not sure which juice is good for cold recovery with all this conflicting info out there!!! If anyone has experience with this or can share what worked for them, that’d be awesome. Thanks in advance for any tips!
