I am seriously struggling with how to control heat in body. For the past few weeks, every afternoon I feel this intense heat creeping through me, and I don't know what to do about it! I mean, it's not just the typical sweating or anything; it's like my whole insides feel like they're on fire. At first, I thought it was just the weather, but even when it's cooler out I’ve been feeling really hot. This is really affecting my daily life. I tried drinking more water, but I won't lie, it hasn’t helped much... sometimes, I even feel dizzy when this heat hits. I read somewhere that there might be dietary changes I could make, like avoiding spicy food, but then again, I love spicy food! I tried cutting back, and it was torture! I also wonder if stress is playing a role. I mean, who isn't stressed these days, right? Could emotional health have anything to do with this? I’ve done some tests, and everything came back normal—blood work, etc. I just don’t know how to control heat in body especially since I work a job where I can't really afford to feel this way. Guess I’m reaching out to see if anyone else has faced this and what worked for them. Any tips on how to control heat in body would be really helpful! Thanks.
