I am really curious about something after trying all kinds of skin products and remedies. A couple of weeks ago, I started drinking beetroot juice every morning like my friend suggested for its supposed benefits. I mean, she swears by it! I've noticed some changes in my energy, and it’s pretty good for digestion too, but what I really want to know is how many days to drink beetroot juice for skin whitening? I had read that beetroot juice can help brighten the skin and even out tone, and I was hoping to see results pretty quickly. My skin has been kinda dull lately, you know? Like, nothing I do seems to really work! I also tried doing some face masks and all, but ugh, it feels like I'm running in circles. I’ve been consistent with the juice, like I drink it every morning without fail, and I'm planning on keeping it up for a while — but how long till I see some difference? Do the results take days, weeks, or what? Any advice on this would be super helpful, like is there a specific period that I should stick to?
