I am really confused about this whole thing with eating papaya on an empty stomach. Last week I started a new diet, trying to eat healthier and all, and I have heard from a friend that papaya is great for digestion and can help me, you know, feel lighter and stuff. But then I also saw a post online saying that can we eat papaya empty stomach could actually cause some stomach issues because of its acidity?? Like, I don’t know what to believe!
