in how many days multani mitti remove pimples - #22457

Ishaan

I am really frustrated with these stubborn pimples that won't go away! I started using multani mitti after hearing my friend rave about how fast it works against acne. She swore that it was like a miracle worker and said I’d see results in how many days multani mitti removes pimples. I’ve been applying it twice a week for the past 10 days now but honestly, I don’t see any real difference! I mean, I do feel like my skin tightens a bit after using it, but the pimples are still there, looking at me like they own the place! Should I be more patient or am I doing something wrong? Like, do I need to mix it with something else for it to be effective? I’ve read that multani mitti is great for oily skin, and that’s me for sure, but does that mean a faster result? I'm starting to doubt if this is really the right solution or if I should consider other treatments. Does anyone here have experience with how many days multani mitti actually works to remove pimples? Thanks in advance for any tips, I'm kinda losing hope here!

Multani mitti, or Fuller’s Earth, is a traditional remedy touted for its oil-absorbing properties, which can help manage acne in oily skin by reducing sebum production. However, it’s not a cure-all for pimples, especially when acne can have multiple underlying causes. The effectiveness often depends heavily on individual skin type, the severity of the acne, and overall skin care routine. While some people may see minor improvements within a week or two, particularly in terms of excess oil control and general skin texture, expecting drastic reductions in acne in just a few days might be a bit optimistic. It’s also important to clarify that multani mitti won’t address the underlying causes of acne such as hormonal imbalances, bacterial growth, or clogged pores from dead skin cells.

To potentially enhance its effectiveness, you might want to try mixing multani mitti with rose water or a few drops of tea tree oil, both of which have historically been used for their soothing and antimicrobial properties. Still, what’s more pivotal is the broader approach to managing acne — using a gentle, non-comedogenic cleanser twice daily, applying a topical treatment containing benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid, and monitoring your diet for any triggers, like high-glycemic foods. If over-the-counter strategies don’t bring improvement in a few weeks, it might be time to consult a dermatologist. Persistent acne sometimes requires more specialized interventions like prescription medications, which can effectively target the root causes. If your acne ever becomes more inflamed or painful, or if you experience a sudden onset of severe acne, a prompt medical evaluation would be advisable. Remember, managing acne is often about consistency in treatment rather than expecting immediate results.
