I am really worried about my recent blood tests because my bilirubin levels are high, and I have no clue how to lower bilirubin effectively. A couple of weeks ago, I started feeling really fatigued and noticed my skin looked kinda yellowish. Eventually got a test done, and my doctor said my bilirubin is above normal, like way higher. He mentioned something about my liver function but didn’t really go into detail. I’ve been googling like crazy about how to lower bilirubin and found some home remedies and dietary changes. However, I’m not sure which ones are legit. A friend said to drink more water, while another suggested cutting down on fatty foods, but like, is there a proven way or specific foods to avoid?
