I am struggling with some really uncomfortable constipation issues lately. Like, it’s kinda embarrassing to even talk about it, but I just can’t seem to find relief. I read somewhere that is papaya good for constipation, and that’s gotten me curious. Last week, I tried eating a whole papaya for breakfast, and honestly, while it was delicious, I’m not sure if it helped at all. I maybe felt a tiny bit better, but nothing really happened, y’know? A friend told me that papayas have enzymes that can do wonders for digestion, but I’m really just not convinced! I mean, I’ve tried other remedies too, like lots of water and fiber, but it seems like nothing’s really working how I want it too. Is papaya good for constipation for real? Has anyone else had issues like mine? I don’t wanna rely solely on papayas, but if they could help, I’m all in for it. What’s the best way to eat papaya for it to actually work?
