I am trying to figure out if I should you eat chia seeds and flax seeds together. I’ve been hearing how good they are for health and super high in omega-3s but can't decide how to incorporate them in my diet. A few weeks ago, my nutritionist suggested adding them to my smoothies but I'm worried about overdoing it. Like, will eating both at the same time make me feel weird? I’ve tried the chia seeds before and loved how they thicken things up, but when I added flax seeds too, I kinda freaked out because there was just so much going on in my smoothie! 🤔 It’s like a whole new world opened when I learned about their health benefits, and I don't want to mess it up. Do they work well together? or should you eat chia seeds and flax seeds together at the same time? What about digestion? I heard they can have a lot of fiber, and I’m scared it’ll upset my stomach.
