I am dealing with some pretty annoying stomach pain and loose motion right now. It started a few days ago when I think I ate something bad at a restaurant. Ugh, never again! At first, I thought it was just a quick thing, but now I'm not sure what to do. I keep hearing that certain juices can help, but which juice is good for stomach pain and loose motion? My friend mentioned something about ginger juice but I also heard that apple juice could be soothing too. I tried some clear broth, but real food feels like a mountain away. I've been, honestly, too scared to eat solid food because of this stomach pain. Also, I’m kinda confused if I should stick with something light or if I should try different juices? Which juice is good for stomach pain and loose motion if I can’t really keep anything down? I’m just really hoping to feel better soon, it’s been rough! Any suggestions based on your experience would be super helpful, thanks!!
