I am kind of worried about my health lately. I caught a nasty cold last week, and honestly, I feel terrible! Just constant sneezing, running nose, and this annoying sore throat. Anyway, I remember hearing some relatives talk about how is sugarcane juice good for cold, but I have no idea if that's legit or just one of those old home remedies that people like to throw around. I mean, I did try drinking a few glasses of sugarcane juice yesterday because, well, it's sweet and refreshing, and I thought it might help soothe my throat. But I’m kinda torn here—does is sugarcane juice good for cold actually hold any truth? Like, are there any real benefits, or am I just wasting my time? I’ve also been sipping on warm tea with honey and that helps too, but I'm curious if sugarcane juice can actually boost my recovery? I got a busy schedule and can't really afford to be sick for long!
