I am really worried about this weird stuff happening to me. For like the past month, I've had these awful pains and a lot of discomfort in my lower abdomen. At first, I thought it was just something I ate, but then I noticed some bleeding... and it’s super embarrassing! I finally went to the doc, and he said I might have piles. I was caught off guard and didn't ask why piles occur in male patients like me! It feels like a common thing, but I’m just curious like if there's a specific reason why piles happen to guys. I mean, I do sit a lot for work and maybe I’m not the healthiest eater? I've even struggled a bit with constipation lately. Could that be a factor? Or is there more to it that I should be worried about? My friends seem to think its some old-man issue but I just truned 35. Why piles occur in male bodies more specifically? If anyone has info on what causes it in males, I’d really appreciate some insight. I'm kinda nervous about the whole thing and wanna make sure I understand it before my next appointment!
