I am really struggling with some health issues lately and I can’t figure out how to reduce liver inflammation. A few weeks ago, I started feeling this weird pain on my right side, and it wasn't like anything I've felt before. It got worse, so I went to the doc and they did a bunch of tests. They said I might have fatty liver disease and that led to the inflammation. Kinda scary, right? I've tried to change my eating habits, reducing sugars and fats, but I’m not sure if that’s enough. My friend mentioned that some natural supplements might help but I have no clue which ones. I also read about how alcohol can inflame the liver and I don’t drink much, but I’m super careful now. I feel like I’m walking a tightrope here with my health and just want to know how to reduce liver inflammation effectively. Like, are there specific foods I should be eating? Or should I be doing certain exercises? It's confusing too, because I saw a post saying one thing and then another saying something totally opposite. Any tips from you all would be super helpful because I just want to be well again!
