I am really stressed out about these dark circles under my eyes. They’ve been bothering me for a while now, like way longer than I’d like to admit. I’ve tried sleeping more, but I still wake up looking like a raccoon. Some people say it’s from lack of sleep, others think it’s just genetics. My mom has them too, and I always assumed I’d escape that fate, but nope! I tried using a few creams that claim to help with dark circles, but honestly, I haven’t seen much difference. I even started drinking a ton of water thinking hydration might help, but nada. Like, why are these dark circles not going away?! I feel like I look tired all the time, and it’s seriously affecting my confidence when I’m trying to go out or even on video calls for work. If anyone knows how to get rid from dark circles, please help me! Is there a specific treatment or lifestyle change that works better? I read somewhere about certain foods that can help brighten the skin, but what are they? And do I really need to see a dermatologist, or is this something I can tackle at home? Thanks in advance!
