I am a bit confused and a little worried about my habits lately. So I want to understand what are the disadvantages of masturbation. Like, I've always thought it was normal, but I've started noticing some things that make me wonder if it’s really that okay for me. I mean, I used to do it maybe once every few days, but the past couple of weeks, it’s been kind of outta control. I’m doing it a few times a day sometimes, and I can feel it affecting my focus, especially at work — like, I zone out during meetings, and it’s super embarrassing!
