I am really confused about this whole health thing right now. I started taking Revital a few months ago after hearing it might be good for my health and help with energy levels. At first, I felt decent, but now I'm not sure if is Revital good for health or if it's just in my head. I mean, some days I feel like I have more energy, but then there are other days when I feel super tired again. I've also read online that not everyone reacts the same way to supplements and it can depend on what your body needs. My friend who's all into fitness swears by it and says is Revital good for health, but I saw a few articles mention potential side effects? I took a blood test last week and nothing seemed really off, but I don’t know if I should keep taking it or maybe try something else. I guess my question is, how do I really know if is Revital good for health in my case? Like, should I just stop and see what happens or talk to a doc first? Any advice would really mean a lot.
