I am dealing with this stomach upset for the past week, and it's been really annoying. I mean, one minute I feel fine, and the next minute—boom—nausea hits me like a truck. I've tried the bland diet thing, like crackers and rice, but it’s not really working. My friend told me drinking juice might help, but my question is: which juice is good for stomach upset? I’ve heard things about ginger juice, but like, is it actually effective or just a myth? And what about apple or cranberry juice? Some people say those do wonders. Honestly, I'm over here just trying to function and not be stuck in the bathroom. It’s crazy to think something as simple as juice could make a difference, right? Can any of you recommend a good juice that won’t make things worse? Also, what if I tried to mix some juices together? Is that okay or would that make my stomach even more upset?
