I am trying to figure out what is the best time to drink beetroot and carrot juice, and I've read a bit about it, but like, I'm still confused. Last month, I started juicing because my energy levels were all over the place, and I thought maybe some healthy beetroot and carrot juice would help. I read somewhere that drinking it in the morning might be great since it's supposed to give you an energy boost, but then I came across some other info that says you should drink it on an empty stomach but not with other foods? My mornings are usually hectic, and I'm not even sure I can handle making juice every day. Then there's this thing about mixing it with other stuff or not—like, sometimes I add ginger, which I love, but then I wonder if that changes anything about what is the best time to drink beetroot and carrot juice. Is there like a specific time frame that I should keep in mind? Plus, I’ve heard that if you drink it too late in the evening, it might mess with your sleep or something—sooo complicated! How do you guys usually do it, and what works best for you? Any advice would be appreciated!
