I am seriously confused about how to consume shilajit capsule. A few months ago, I felt super tired all the time and my energy levels were really low, like dragging myself through the day. A friend recommended shilajit capsules saying it works wonders for fatigue and overall wellness. I was like, why not? But the thing is, I really have no idea how to consume shilajit capsule properly. Do I take it on an empty stomach? With food? I tried it once with breakfast, but didn’t feel much change. There were also some weird aftertaste after taking them, but I read that’s normal? I’ve heard people say different things — some say to take it once a day, others say twice... it’s all a bit overwhelming!! Also, how long does it take for shilajit capsules to kick in? I’m kind of impatient! Can someone please clarify this for me? I feel like I’m missing the mark on getting the benefits.
