Hair greying and loss at a young age can be due to various factors like genetics, nutritional deficiencies, or stress. First off, consult with a dermatologist or healthcare professional to figure out the underlying cause. It’s vital to rule out any medical conditions or deficiencies, such as thyroid issues or anemia. A diet that’s rich in vitamins B12, D, E, iron, and zinc may help, as these nutrients are essential for healthy hair growth. In the meantime, use mild, nourishing shampoos to manage your oily scalp and dandruff. Shampoos with ingredients like ketoconazole or zinc pyrithione can help control dandruff; however, if there’s no relief, you may need to see a dermatologist for further options. Now, regarding frizz, moisturizing conditioners and leave-in products can help smoothen hair texture. Consider reducing heat styling to avoid additional damage. When it comes to your skin concerns - large pores, tanning, and blackheads can be managed with a combination of treatments and lifestyle changes. Using gentle cleansers containing salicylic acid may help with blackheads by keeping pores clear. For tanning and to achieve a glow, protect your skin from UV exposure with broad-spectrum sunscreen, and include plenty of antioxidants in your diet, such as green tea and fruits high in vitamin C. Exfoliating gently once a week (not more) can reduce dead skin buildup and improve overall skin texture, but be cautious to not irritate your skin. These steps should help you see some improvement, but if you find your issues persisting, it’s important to consult with a dermatologist to tailor treatments more specifically to your needs.
