Hello dear See hair fall in this season is attributed to increased fungal infection or there can be seasonal allergy. Iam suggesting some medications and precautions Kindly follow them for 1 month Minoxidil (2% or 5%) for hair gain OTC solution to be given topically

Finasteride on recommendation only by dermatologist Biotin- medications for growth Ketoconazole 2% (Nizoral) – antifungal shampoo twice a day

Selenium Sulfide (Selsun Blue) – antifungal shampoo

Clotrimazole or Miconazole – antifungal creams for topical use In addition following preventive measures are must Avoid excess moisture and keep the infected completely dey If possible dry with clean towel Have good exposure of sunlight Apply phenol solution regularly in the house floors Avoid exposure to pollen or contaminated area Lastly,Use bhringraj or onion oil for head massage Apply aquaphor moisturizer twice a day for 1 month Instead of minidoxil,prefer rosemary oil In case of no improvement, consult dermatologist in person for better clarification Hopefully you recover soon Regards

Check inside first: Get blood tests: Hemoglobin, Thyroid (TSH), Vitamin D, Vitamin B12, Iron studies.

Daily routine: • Use mild shampoo (like Ketoconazole once a week if dandruff, or gentle sulfate-free shampoo otherwise). • Apply coconut/argan/almond oil once or twice a week (avoid overnight if scalp oily). • Don’t comb wet hair, avoid tight hairstyles. • If hair fall is severe (clumps daily), a dermatologist may prescribe minoxidil lotion or supplements.

🔹 For Skin (Dullness, Whiteheads, Dark Circles)

✨ Daily Skin Care Routine: • Cleanser: Gentle face wash twice daily. • Exfoliation: Use a salicylic acid face wash or serum (2%) 2–3 times/week for whiteheads. • Moisturizer: Lightweight gel/cream to maintain glow. • Sunscreen: Very important! Use SPF 30+ every morning (prevents dullness & pigmentation).

✨ For Dark Circles: • Sleep 7–8 hrs. • Cold cucumber/green tea bags over eyes for 10 min. • Use under-eye cream with Vitamin C, niacinamide, or caffeine.
