Check inside first: Get blood tests: Hemoglobin, Thyroid (TSH), Vitamin D, Vitamin B12, Iron studies.
Daily routine: • Use mild shampoo (like Ketoconazole once a week if dandruff, or gentle sulfate-free shampoo otherwise). • Apply coconut/argan/almond oil once or twice a week (avoid overnight if scalp oily). • Don’t comb wet hair, avoid tight hairstyles. • If hair fall is severe (clumps daily), a dermatologist may prescribe minoxidil lotion or supplements.
