Hello Vaishnavi,
Firstly, I would like to know if your periods were regular or not earlier.
Since you had unprotected sex and now have missed periods with pain and discharge, pregnancy or gynecological infection must still be ruled out carefully even if one test and scan were negative.
Repeat a urine pregnancy test after one week, or get a blood beta-hCG test, as early tests can miss a pregnancy.
If pregnancy is again negative, consult a gynecologist soon for internal examination, repeat ultrasound, and tests for hormones, PCOS, thyroid issues, and infections.
Watch for red flags like severe pain, fever, dizziness, or heavy bleeding and visit the emergency room immediately if any appear.
Meanwhile, avoid further unprotected intercourse and do not self-medicate with antibiotics or hormonal pills without prescription.

Delayed periods can occur for several reasons, and given your symptoms and recent activities, it’s important to explore a few possibilities. Even with negative pregnancy tests initially, it’s still worthwhile to repeat a home pregnancy test, as the accuracy can depend on timing and method. Test using first morning urine, which is more concentrated and can give more accurate results. If still negative, consider a blood test for pregnancy, as these can detect lower levels of hCG hormone. Your symptoms of white discharge, abdominal pain, nausea, and back pain could relate to hormonal imbalances or an approaching period, as these are common premenstrual signs. Another potential is a condition like polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), which can cause delayed menstruation along with some of the symptoms you’ve described. It’s also possible that stress, weight changes, or excessive exercise are influencing your menstrual cycle. If pregnancy is ruled out and periods remain absent, seeing a gynecologist would be wise. They might perform further tests like hormonal blood work or a pelvic ultrasound to investigate other causes like ovarian cysts or other uterine issues. Given the abdominal pain, if it intensifies or you develop any heavy bleeding, fever, or severe symptoms, seek medical attention promptly, as these could hint at an infection or other acute condition. In the meantime, maintaining a healthy lifestyle with balanced diet and regular stress management techniques may help regulate your cycle.
Hello dear See delay in periods can be due to physiological variation or hormonal alterations In addition there can be chances of advent of adolescence also Iam suggesting some tests for confirmation Please get them done Serum TSH Serum ferritin Serum prolactin Serum estrogen Serum pregesterone Urine analysis Pelvic USG Please share the result with gynaecologist in person for better clarity Please donot take any medication without consulting the concerned physician Regards
Hello,
Ok vaishnavi. Please redo Pregnancy test at home Use morning first urine If negative- pregnancy completely ruled out
A one-month delay is very common and usually not dangerous
You can check ( for evaluation ): Tsh Serum ferritin
It can be hormonal , pcos, or delayed ovulation.
🛑Please see a gynaecologist in person if; If your period has been delayed more than 6 weeks in total If the discharge has odour If severe pain / heavy bleeding
Stay healthy and calm dear I trust this helps Thank you
I had gall bladder operation for that ultrasound and blood test has been done and no white discharge is not sticky curd or smelling and from past few months my periods is irregular
My thyroid hormone T4 is 13.41H
Every reports are normal I had done my test on 24 nov and I had Unprotected sex on 2&3 nov and then 13 November
Your timeline:
Unprotected sex: 2–3 Nov and 13 Nov
Tests done: 24 Nov
Reports: Blood tests + ultrasound normal
A pregnancy test done 21+ days after intercourse is reliable Ultrasound + blood tests being negative = pregnancy ruled out
You are NOT pregnant
Your current symptoms (white discharge, nausea, mild pain) are hormonal, not pregnancy-related.
Now visit a gynaecologist in person for physical examination.
Thank you doctor
For sure I’m not pregnant na? Because I’m very scared
