I am having this weird feeling lately, my digestion feels off and I’ve been looking for something to help my liver. I've read that cucumber is good for liver health, but I’m not really sure if that’s true?? Like I eat salads all the time, but I don’t know if it’s the cucumbers being beneficial or just the overall veggies. Couple weeks ago, I went for my annual check-up and they mentioned my liver enzymes were a bit elevated, which really freaked me out. My doctor said I should focus on my diet and suggested more fruits and veggies. Since I heard cucumber is good for liver, I’ve been trying to sneak them in everywhere! Is cucumber good for liver or am I just getting my hopes up for nothing? I’ve been slicing them into water, trying to stay hydrated, but I wonder if I’m doing this right?? And like, how much should I eat? Do I need to cut back on anything specific on my diet too? I’m honestly a bit overwhelmed with all the information out there! Can anyone clear this up for me?
