I am trying to figure out how to take apple cider vinegar in morning but I'm kinda lost. Like, last week I read that it’s supposed to be super good for digestion and about a million other things, so I thought I would give it a try. But then I just poured some in a glass and drank it straight! Really regret that now. Ugh! I wasn't prepared for the taste or the burn! That was a bad move. Then I saw that some people mix it with water, or in a smoothie, or even put it on their salads. But then I started wondering how much I should actually be taking? Like, is there a specific amount that’s good for you? I mean, I do want the benefits, but not the nasty moments after drinking it! Also, is it better on an empty stomach or should I eat something first? I’ve read it can help with losing weight too, but I don’t know if just taking it in the morning is enough or if I need to change my diet too. I gave it a shot yesterday mixed with honey and green tea, which was better, but like, still kinda weird. Any tips from you guys on how to take apple cider vinegar in morning without wanting to gag? Thanks!
