What to do: • Blood tests: Hemoglobin, Thyroid (TSH), Vitamin D, Vitamin B12, Iron studies. Diet for hair: • Eggs, paneer, milk, dal, nuts (almonds, walnuts, flax seeds, pumpkin seeds). • Green leafy veggies, beetroot, pomegranate.

Hair care: • Mild shampoo 2–3 times/week (avoid harsh chemicals). • Oil scalp 1–2 times/week (coconut/argan oil). • If hair fall is very heavy, a dermatologist may start minoxidil lotion or hair supplements.

🔹 Face Issues (Loose skin + Whiteheads) • Loose skin at 26 often comes from dehydration, stress, lack of collagen (low protein, low Vitamin C). • White pimples = clogged pores (whiteheads).
