I am really curious about this whole thing where people say curd helps in weight loss or gain. Like, a few weeks ago, my friend was raving about how she lost a ton of weight just by adding curd to her diet. At first, I thought it was just a fad, but then she showed me all these recipes and said that curd helps in weight loss because it keeps you feeling full. I started eating curd with fruits for breakfast, but I'm also worried about gaining weight since I heard some people say that curd helps in weight gain too! I guess it has calories, right?! I tried googeling if it’s really good for weight loss, but all I found was mixed opinions. Some say it’s beneficial because of probiotics, while others are pretty skeptical and say that too much could lead to weight gain. I was just wondering, does curd helps in weight loss for everyone? Or is it more of an individual thing? I’m confused because I’ve seen my cousin eat like a ton of paneer, which is made from curd basically, and she is not skinny! Does that mean curd helps in weight gain too? What should I do if I wanna lose a few pounds but love my curd? Help me figure this out!
