I am really confused lately cause I can't figure out why my body is always hot. I mean, this started last month after I got over a mild cold and ya know, at first, I thought maybe it was just my body reacting or something. But like, seriously, I'm sweating all the time, even when I'm just sitting around. My friends joke that I'm like a walking space heater, and it's kinda funny, but it gets annoying. I used to feel cold all the time, now it feels like I'm burning up! Sometimes, my head feels all foggy and I don’t know if this has anything to do with it, but I feel a little dizzy too. I went to my doctor and they did some blood tests, but everything came back normal. They kinda shrugged it off, saying it could just be stress or something, but I keep thinking why my body is always hot, like, does this mean something serious? Could it be hormonal or maybe even something to do with my thyroid? Seriously, how does one figure out why my body is always hot?
