I am feeling really lost right now and just need some advice on how to improve liver health because my doctor just told me my liver enzymes are elevated. I mean, I don't drink much, just a glass of wine occasionally, and I eat decently healthy most of the time. But lately, I've been feeling super bloated and just off, you know? Like, I sometimes notice this weird pressure in my upper abdomen. At first, I thought maybe I just needed to change my diet a bit—like eat more greens or somthing, but what specifically is good for liver health? I tried cutting out fatty foods and sugar, but it’s hard, especially when my family loves their takeout! Ugh.
