I am feeling really off lately and thinking about trying a full body cleanse detox. I haven't been eating the best and my energy levels are super low. A few weeks ago I started having these weird digestive issues, like bloating and occasional cramps. Tried changing my diet a bit, but it feels like nothing is really working. Then I read about this full body cleanse detox and wondered if it could help. I mean, could it really get rid of whatever is messing with my system? My friend did one and swears by it – said she felt like a new person after. I don't wanna rush into anything, but I was wondering if a full body cleanse detox is safe? Like, are there risks? I have a pretty busy life, and the last thing I need is to feel worse! Also, I've seen so many different methods out there. Some involve juices and others have pills or diets. What do you guys think is most effective for a full body cleanse detox? Is there a way to know if it's really needed?
