Dr. Rupali Solanke
Experience: | 10 years |
Education: | Mahatama Gandhi University Of Medical Sciences |
Academic degree: | MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery) |
Area of specialization: | I am a general ortho surgeon who work with wide range of bone, joint and spine conditions. My main area is fracture care, whether its old complicated fractures that need careful correction or fresh injuries that demand urgent stabilization. I also treat chronic joint pain and arthritis using advanced tehniques, aiming not just to reduce pain but to improve mobility and quality of life. Many patients come with neck pain, back pain like cervical issues or sciatica, and I help manage disc disease with both medical care and if needed surgical options.
I do ligament injury surgeries with focus on proper rehab, since recovery is not only about the operation but how the patient regain strength step by step. Muscle strain, joint stiffness, post injury rehab, post surgery rehab – these are things I see everyday, and I try to keep my approach simple yet effective. Clubfoot correction is another area I handle, knowing how important early intervention is for long term outcomes.
Joint replacement, whether knee, hip or shoulder, is a major part of my practice too. It requires balancing precision surgery with structured rehabilitation, so patients can return to daily life with confidence. For me every case is different, and I try to combine technical skills with patient education, making sure they understand the process and the path to recovery. My aim is always to restore function, reduce pain and give people a chance to move freely again. |
Achievements: | I am holding diplomas in FIFA Sport Medicine & Rehabilitation and in Orthopaedic Oncology, which shaped my practice in dealing with complex musculoskeletal and sports related issues. My journey also include working as an ex-resident doctor in major Delhi govt hospitals like Deen Dayal Upadhyay, SRHC, BJRM and also in ESIC hospital Delhi. These experiences gave me wide exposure, from trauma care to oncological ortho cases, and helped me build a solid base in both surgical and rehab oriented patient managment. |
I am a medical doctor with MBBS degree and about 10 yrs of hands on experience working with patients from all walks of life. Over these years I have dealt with almost everything that comes to general practice — from fevers, infections, hypertension, diabetes to more complicated cases that need continous monitoring and follow up. My work has taken me through OPD consultations, emergency duties and ward management, and each role gave me different set of skills that shaped how I look at patient care. I try to keep my focus on practical and ethical medicine, where treatment is not only about prescribing drugs but also about helping people understand their condition, lifestyle changes and long term prevention. I have seen how small conversations make a huge diference for patients who feel lost or scared about their diagnosis. My approach is to listen carefully, explain in clear terms and give care that is backed by evidence but still feels personal. Over the decade I got more confident in handling acute medical emergencies, stabilizing patients and coordinating with specialist teams when needed. Working with diverse cases taught me patience and flexibility—sometimes what looks simple at first is much more serious, and sometimes a complex looking case turns out to be managed with basic careful steps. I believe these lessons make me more balanced as a clinician. Looking forward, my aim is to keep improving by staying updated with modern guidelines, medical research and preventive strategies. I see myself not only as someone who treat disease but also as a guide helping people stay healthier in the long run. For me, every successful recovery and every smile from a patient is an achievement bigger than anything else.
