Area of specialization: | I am an Oral and Maxillofacial surgeon and my work mostly sits at the cross point of dentistry and surgery. I deal with a wide range of cases from simple tooth extractions that need surgical approach to more complex things like jaw fractures, cysts, tumors of oral cavity, corrective jaw surgeries and facial trauma care. Many patients come with severe pain, swelling or facial injury and I know how urgent and stressful those moments feel, so my role is not just to fix the problem but to guide them calmly through the process.
I handle minor surgical procedures like wisdom tooth removal, biopsies, alveoloplasty, and also more advanced surgeries such as orthognathic correction or reconstruction after trauma. Being trained in maxillofacial surgery also means I often coordinate with ENT surgeons, plastic surgeons or general physicians depending on how complicated a case is, because oral cavity connects to so many other systems.
Facial esthetics is another part of my field. I manage deformities that affect appearance and function both, making sure patients can chew, speak, and feel confident about how they look. Post operative care, pain control and infection prevention are areas where I pay close attention, since these decide the long term success of surgery.
Every patient and every surgery is different, so I focus on clear explanation, realistic outcomes, and safe, evidence based techniques. My aim is always to provide effective surgical solutions while maintaining trust and compassion, because oral and facial health deeply affect both daily function and self confidence. |
Achievements: | I am proud that apart from my regular clinical work, I took part in multiple dental camps where I provided free tooth extraction services. For me it was not just about removing a painful tooth but about making basic oral healthcare accessible for people who otherwise may delay or avoid treatment due to cost. These camps taught me patience, speed, and how to manage large numbers of patients in tough setups, while still keeping focus on safety and proper sterilizaton practices. |
I am a dental specialist and over time I learnt that dentistry is not just about treating teeth but about restoring confidence, relieving pain, and helping people live healthier lives. My practice includes a wide range of dental care from preventive checkups, scaling and polishing, fillings, root canal treatment, crowns, bridges, extractions, and prosthetic work to cosmetic dentistry like smile design. I also manage gum related problems and oral health counseling, making sure patients understand how small changes in daily habits can bring big impact. Working in both outpatient and chairside settings gave me a clear view of how differently every patient approaches dental problems. Some come with fear, some with frustration, others with long delayed pain. I try to address all that by giving time, listening carefully, and then creating a treatment plan that fits their specific needs. I believe in evidence based practice but also in empathy, because oral health issues often affect more than just eating or speaking, they touch self esteem and comfort in daily life. My work also extends into advanced dental care including orthodontic aligners for correction and smile enhancement, and I combine clinical accuracy with aesthetic consideration. Alongside, I trained myself in facial aesthetic procedures like Botox and dermal fillers, which complement dentistry by improving facial harmony and confidence. This blend of skills allows me to provide a more comprehensive approach where oral health and facial appearance meet. Preventive dentistry is an area I emphasize strongly—guiding patients on proper brushing, nutrition, and lifestyle changes to reduce risk of decay, gum disease, or long term complications. I also value patient education as a key tool, because when people understand the “why” behind treatment, they are more motivated to maintain results. At the core, my goal as a dental specialist is to provide safe, reliable, and compassionate care that adapts to each person’s unique needs while focusing on long term oral wellness and overall quality of life.
