Dr. Shrinkhla Khandelwal
Experience: | 5 years |
Education: | SAMC & PGI, Indore |
Academic degree: | MS (Master Of Surgrey) |
Area of specialization: | I am working mainly in obstetrics and gynaecology, where I handle everything from antenatal care to complex delivery cases. For me its not just about managing pregnancy but also ensuring safe motherhood and guiding women through every stage of reproductive health. Over years I moved deeper into infertility management, since so many couples struggle with conceiving, and my role is to carefully evaluate their condition, choose the right treatments and support them through the entire process.
I also focus a lot on laparoscopic surgery, because minimally invasive methods really change how fast a patient recover. Small incisions, less blood loss, shorter hospital stay—it makes a big diference in quality of care. I perform procedures for various gynecological conditions, always trying to balance precision with safety. Cosmetic gynaecology is another area where I work, helping women restore both functional comfort and confidence, whether its post pregnancy changes or age related concerns.
In my practice I try to keep things open and clear, explaining to patients what options exist, what the risks are, and how we can move step by step. I see medicine as teamwork, not just between doctors but also with patients and their families. Some cases demand quick decisions, others patience and long term follow ups, and I adjust my approach accordingly.
At the end my specialization is not only a list of services but a commitment to womens health in a comprehensive way. From obstetric care and infertility to laparoscopy and cosmetic gynaecology, I aim to provide treatment that is modern, evidence-based yet empathetic, making sure patients feel heard and cared for while they go through important phases of life. |
Achievements: | I am glad to share that I authored several papers in both national and internatinal journals, where I got chance to discuss new findings and practical insights in my field. Along with that I contributed chapters in infertility books, putting together knowledge that can guide other doctors and students who are working with similar cases. Writing is not just formality for me, its part of learning too, each paper or chapter help me to reflect on my work and sharpen the way I approach patient care. |
I am working as a consultant with more than 8 years of experiance, and over this time my focus has been on infertility treatment and laparoscopic surgery. Those two areas sort of shaped my whole practice, because they both demand patience, precision, and a very close understanding of the patient’s need. Many couples come with years of struggle, and I try to design treatment plans that are not just about protocols but about their unique situation, medical history, and emotional state too. In infertility care I use a stepwise approach, from detailed evaluation to tailored therapies, guiding pt through procedures with clarity and support. I believe good counselling is as important as medical intervention, since dealing with reproductive challenges can be overwhelming. In laparoscopy I handle procedures for reproductive health and other gynecological issues, making use of minimally invasive methods that allow faster recovery, less pain, and better outcomes. My style is more hands-on, I like to be involved at every stage – from interpreting tests to discussing options openly with patients and their families. Sometimes treatment journeys are not straight line, and I accept that. I adapt plans when required, keeping safety and long-term health at the center. Over years I’ve seen how even small changes in technique or timing make a big diference, and I stay committed to continous learning. Being in this field also taught me to value collaboration, I often coordinate with anesthetists, embryologists, and other specialists to provide complete care. Each surgery, each consultation is reminder of how delicate but also how resilient the human body can be. I don’t claim magic results, but I do my best to offer evidence-based, compassionate treatment that gives patients genuine hope and better quality of life. I continue to learn from my patients as much as from textbooks, and that balance keeps me grounded in practice. My aim is always to combine technical skill with a human touch, making infertility and laparoscopic care accessible, safe and effective for those who trust me with their health.
