Dr. Ajit Jha
Experience: | 15 years |
Education: | Maharashtra University Of Health Sciences |
Academic degree: | Bachelor of Dental Surgery |
Area of specialization: | I am a general dentist and my practice cover a broad range of dental care, from routine check ups to complex restorative treatment. Over the years I learned that dentistry is not just about teeth, it is about giving confidence back to the patient who maybe shy to smile or struggling with pain. My focus is on preventive care, fillings, extractions, gum health, and guiding patients on good oral hygiene, but I also manage emergencies like sudden tooth ache or fractured teeth.
Many of my patients come with simple problems that, if ignored, could turn into bigger issues, so I try to educate and explain in plain words how small steps in oral care can save them from surgery later. At the same time I enjoy working on esthetic improvements, helping someone feel good with their smile again. My training in general dentistry allow me to see patients of all ages—kids needing cavity care, adults with gum disease, or older patients with dentures.
Every case remind me that dentistry is never one-size fit all, each patient respond differently to treatment. I focus on listening, adjusting my approach, and making sure the treatment plan is tailored for that person. That balance of skill and communication is what make general dentistry meaningful for me. |
Achievements: | I am honored to have been recognised as the Best Dentist in my suburb, which for me is less about the award itself and more about the trust my patients put in my care. Day after day I worked on routine checkups, complex fillings, gum treatments and those sudden emergencies that bring people in with pain, and somewhere in that constant flow this recognition came. It reflect my effort to combine strong clinical skills with a patient first approach, listening carefully and tailoring treatment to each case. |
I am a dentist with 15 years of continous practice, and during this time my work has taken me through almost every aspect of dental care – from routine checkups and cleaning to complex restorative treatment and surgical extraction. Dentistry for me is not only about fixing teeth, it is about understanding the patient sitting on the chair, their fear, their habits, their needs. Sometimes the biggest success is not just treating a cavity but making a patient trust the process and feel safe. Over these years I handled patients across age groups, children with dental caries, adults struggling with gum disease, elderly with multiple missing teeth needing proper prosthetic care. Restorative dentistry, preventive care, and esthetic improvement are areas I focus on daily. Pain relief is another part, patients often come with acute dental pain and immediate relief changes their quality of life instantly. In my approach I try to combine precision in treatment with clear communication. I explain options, risks, and expected outcomes in simple words, so patients can decide with confidence. I also emphasize preventive dentistry, because avoiding future problems is always better than complicated treatment later. Oral health education is part of my consult, whether it’s correct brushing technique or diet related advice. Working so many years also taught me that no two patients are same. A filling that works perfect for one may need adjustments for another. I keep adapting, learning new methods and refining my techniques, because dentistry is constantly evolving. Even after 15 yrs, I don’t see myself as done learning, each case still challenge me in small or big ways. What I value most is seeing patients walk out without pain, smiling again, and trusting me with their family’s dental health. That trust is something I take serious, and it is what keep me committed to this field every single day.
