Hello dear Please be aware I think probably there can be chances of getting pcos I suggest you to please contact gynacolologist for further details Regards
Hello suhani ji first of all don’t panic First of all you have done intercourse on one of prime time of ovulation so would suggest you to get urine pregnancy test done If it is negative it is well and good If it is positive we can go from medication required for necessary process It is possible to have delayed period for a week in case stress also .so advise will be to get urine pregnancy test done and will plan accordingly
If your period is delayed and you’re stressed after sex on 26 June, the first step is to take a home pregnancy test immediately to confirm. If the test is positive, do not take any pills on your own at home as it can be unsafe. Consult a gynecologist immediately to confirm pregnancy and discuss safe medical options if needed.
Your concern is understandable, and there are a few practical steps you can take to address this. First, it’s essential to determine whether you’re actually pregnant. You can do this by taking an at-home urine pregnancy test, which you can find at most pharmacies. It’s most accurate if you take it at least a week after your missed period, but given that some time has elapsed, taking a test now should give you a reliable result. If the test is positive, you should consult with a healthcare provider as soon as possible to discuss your options and any necessary next steps. If it’s negative and your period is still absent, it could be due to a range of other factors like stress, significant weight changes, thyroid issues, or polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), among other reasons. In that case, consider keeping track of any additional symptoms and possibly consulting with a healthcare provider to explore these other possibilities. If you’re concerned about preventing pregnancy in the future, it would be wise to discuss long-term contraceptive options with a healthcare professional who can tailor advice to your lifestyle and preferences. Options vary from oral contraceptives, IUDs, to barrier methods like condoms. As for preventing a pregnancy if you think you are pregnant after the fact, there isn’t a medically recommended way to stop a pregnancy on your own safely. If you’re in this situation, it’s crucial to talk to a healthcare provider promptly to explore your legitimate and safe options.
