I am really confused about something. I started includin chana dal in my diet a few weeks ago after hearing that is chana dal good for health? Before that, I was mostly eating, like, just regular lentils and chickpeas but really wanted to try something new. I’m not a pro cook, so I just boil it up and mix it with some spices or toss it in my salads. But now I'm a bit worried! I’ve been feeling super bloated and honestly, little gassy after meals. Like, is this normal? I read that while some say chana dal is good for health, maybe it doesn’t suit everyone? My friend claimed it helps with weight loss, but it’s hard to tell if that’s true for me. I had read that it's rich in protein and fiber, and thought I’d be feelin healthier overall, but does everyone react the same? Do I need to be cautious about how much I eat? Can it cause stomach issues for some or is it just me? I really wanna know if is chana dal good for health or if I should take a break from it. Any experiences or advice? Thanks!
