Hello Yashi, thank you for sharing your concern. As you are having swelling over your vaginal area, I suggest you to get it physically examined by a Gynecologist, so that they can provide you the appropriate treatment for the same.
Till then, start Tab. Levocetirizne 5mg at night for itching.
Feel free to reach out again.

Your symptoms suggest a vaginal infection such as yeast infection or bacterial vaginosis, which can cause itching, swelling, and pain during sex, especially when already irritated. Avoid sexual activity for now and consider using an over-the-counter antifungal vaginal cream (like clotrimazole) while keeping the area clean and dry. Please consult a gynecologist for a proper pelvic exam and vaginal swab so you can receive the correct treatment and prevent the infection from returning.
Itching and swelling of the vagina persisting for over 15 days, especially when exacerbated by sexual intercourse, can be concerning and warrants medical evaluation. These symptoms might indicate a yeast infection, bacterial vaginosis, or a sexually transmitted infection, among other possibilities. Each condition has distinct treatments, so an accurate diagnosis is crucial. First, consider scheduling a visit to your healthcare provider. They can conduct a physical examination and potentially run tests to accurately pinpoint the cause of these symptoms. In the meantime, it may help to use unscented or hypoallergenic products in the area and wear breathable cotton underwear to minimize irritation. Avoid douches, scented soaps, and any other irritating agents that could exacerbate the symptoms. Over-the-counter antifungal treatments (like those for yeast infections) may provide some relief, but they won’t address other potential causes such as bacterial infections. Therefore, it’s essential to not solely rely on OTC medications without professional guidance. If at any point the swelling significantly worsens, or if you develop additional symptoms such as fever, chills, or abnormal discharge, seek immediate medical care as these can be signs of more serious complications. Abstaining from sexual activity until the issue is resolved might also be wise to avoid aggravating the symptoms further and to prevent potential transmission of any infectious agents.
