You may be experiencing chronic GERD (acid reflux) or possibly esophageal motility disorder, which can cause food sticking and persistent burning. Since medications like Omeprazole and Digene haven’t helped, it’s important to consult a gastroenterologist for an upper GI endoscopy and further evaluation. Also, avoid spicy/oily food, eat smaller meals, and elevate your head while sleeping.
Hallo archana, It seems like you are having GERD, and when this is long standing it can lead to a condition called baretts esophagus. So it is important you to consult a gasteroenterologist and get an ultrasound / endoscopy done
Taking medicine for this can give only temporary relief. You should follow some lifestyle modification for long term relief 1. Avoid spicy and oily foods 2. Avoid drinking water during or immediately after meals as this reduce digestion 3. Take small meals 4. Eat dinner atleast 2 hour before going to bed 5. Regular exercise as this increase gut motility 6.Add fiber containing food and curd in your diet [for some people curd may worsen the symptoms, if so then avoid it]
